Mindset Sun 7/3

I’m going to make this a quick one since my last post was 6 hours long. Here is my mindset list for tomorrow (today I suppose):

  1. workout
  2. walk 30+ minutes
  3. log intake
  4. 8c H2O
  5. plan for monday

I’m adding a couple more things for tomorrow

  • Take measurements
  • log weight
  • Review this past week
  • Finalize plan for next week.

I know it seems like a lot but getting it all done is part of the success. I better get going, it’s 130am and I need to be up by 7!
